VM Xen to Hyper-V

We need to migrate iPrint from xen (on sles) to Hyper-V. 

Is there any easy way to do this? I guess we could set up a new server and use the migration utility but if we could just shift the VM that would be better.

    Is this the appliance or on OES?

    if the appliance, migrating is about your only option

    even if OES, I would be very hesitant to do that migration unless you can find a Hyper-V migration tool that will do such a migration.
