Driver Profile is the way to do it but it depends on the driver. If driver uses the standard registry keys, the iprint client can read it and apply it but if it uses his own reg keys, iprint client can not read hence not applied. Check if all settings are missing or only ones. Check iprint.ini to see how printers are getting installed, with which rights 

What do you mean by "check if all settings are missing" ?  The printing preference is there locally, the only that's missing the the tray setting that I changed.  Can you please advise where is the print.ini located, locally (windows pc) or iprint server?

i meant if all settings are gone or only some of them. For example if you change from color to b/w and tray, are only the tray not showing or also the b/w setting?
Also report iprint client version and windows version and the exact printer driver you're using

Each time I Modify the driver profile, it's showing me the correct setting but when I check the printer setting on the user's pc, it not showing the correct setting.

Internet Explorer is crashing or not responding to my changes, is there another way to configure the driver profile?
