Can't add printers with Kb5015807 installed

iPrint on OES 2018.3   about a month behind on those patches (will try to fix that tonight)

Current iPrint Client,  v6.22.16

setting up a new system with all current patches can't install printers, we get "...failed to install: The remote procedure call failed."  

Most current MS patch on Kb5015807, so try removing that, and printers install now.

Printing appears impacted by this as well

So did this month's patch Tuesday cause anyone else grief as well?

    I'm running an up-to-date iPrint appliance and client v6.22.15.  Haven't had to install any printers lately, but no one complaining about not being able to print.  Thanks for the heads up.  At least I know what to look for if it does affect us.

    Further investigation shows it is Technesis that is part of the problem nailed by the new Windows patch. 
      And likely old Technesis code, as they've been "about to switch" to PaperCut since their OES 2015 iPrint servers.
