i can see the upgrade on my appliance 5.0.3

When i want to install it, i my keyin a new registration key, that i can't find on my customer center.

I had open a case without success, the supporter has closed this cases without help!

The registration key for iprint appliance 5 is not accepted!

What do you with your custormer, OT?

Your case is still open and a support engineer will contact with you. Provide him with the info he wiil ask.

i have deregister yesterday evening the appliance, then register new with the old activation code from version 5

After rebooting the server and retry to download over the channel, i see long time activity to download files, but the files download was not publisched. After any hours, i must rebboot the appliance. Now all is correct!

Glad it is working fine now. BTW, there is no new registration code for 23.4, it uses the same one as 5.x.
