Environment

Open Enterprise Server 2023 with iPrint / iPrint Advanced for OES

Situation

iPrint fails to start on OES2023 NSS configuration after applying OES updates.

Cause

iPrint / iPrint Advanced systemd service files are updated during the upgrade.  The update changes the NSS and iPrint load timing which causes iPrint to fail to load. 

Resolution

Run the iprint_nss_relocate script while the cluster resource is hosted on that node.  To find the syntax for the command, run this command:

history | grep iprint_nss_relocate
