Users are unable to authenticate or print to secure printers. Checking the Identity Sources in the iPrint Appliance management UI (9443), returns an error "Authentication service not available".

Environment

iPrint Appliance 23.4, 24.1

Situation

Users are unable to authenticate or print to secure printers.  Checking the Identity Sources in the iPrint Appliance management UI (9443), returns an error "Authentication service not available".

Cause

A timeout between the iPrint Appliance and the OrientDB connection.
