Knowledge Document: iPrint gateway USERNAME_CN parameter does not work with mobile or email printing

When a user prints through email or mobile app, the audit log shows user name in LDAP format. Using USERNAME_CN on the gateway autoload it should parse the CN name. That is not working. Instead it is sending the LDAP format name.

Environment

iPrint-Mobile Server
iPrint-Print Manager
iPrint-Mgmt Tools

Situation

USERNAME_CN works fine in the autoload command if user prints from Windows PC. This can be verified by looking at the audit log. The same USERNAME_CN parameter does not work when the print job is submitted by a mobile device or sent through email. Instead of the passing the username in USERNAME_CN format, the username is passed in LDAP format.
