On OES 2023 iPrint Advanced, if the iPrint printer and the Walkup printer exist in different Organizations than the user, the user will not be able to release the print job submitted to the WalkUp. However, if the user is in the same O, it works.

Environment

Open Enterprise 2023 with iPrint

Situation

On OES 2023 iPrint Advanced, if the iPrint printer and the Walkup printer exist in different Organizations than the user, the user will not be able to release the print job submitted to the WalkUp. However, if the user is in the same O, it works.
Note: the user is given ACLs to both the WalkUp printer and iPrint printer in each scenario.

Cause

The Apache LDAP Auth LDAP authentication configuration limits the lookup of users to one eDirectory Organzation by default.
