iPrint Appliance 23.3 or later

Situation

Clicking the "Synchronize Now" button results in:
Last synchronization [DATE]
Status: Failed
Server:
Error: An error occurred. See the server logs for more information

The iprint-auth service is running, but the LDAP synchronization fails with the above error.

Cause

There is corruption in the iprintauth database.  The iprintauth database holds the LDAP configuration which instructs the Appliance on how to retrieve directory information from AD or eDir.
