Situation

Error Symptoms:

1. https://<Appliance_IP_or_DNS>/printer/printers displays "Object not found!" along with "Error 404".
2. https://<Appliance_IP_or_DNS>/print/printers results in "No printers to display".
3. https://<Appliance_IP_or_DNS>:9443/iprintconfig may initially display "RPC Communication Error", "An error occurred while communicating with the server, would you like to see the details?" with a prompt to click Yes or No. When selecting No, the result is an empty printer list.
4. https://<Appliance_IP_or_DNS>/PsmStatus will continually present a Pop-up "Sign in to access this site" that requires authorization for which the correct credentials will never succeed.
5. From iManager, within "iPrint", when selecting "Manage Print Manager", then browsing to select "print_manager.iPrintAppliance" and clicking OK, an "Exception reading manager information" containing "Unauthorized IPP Error: 0xF0191 HTTP Error: 401" occurs.
6. From iManager, within "iPrint", attempting to "Create Printer" results in "Error: Create Printer Failure" containing "Unauthorized IPP Error: 0xF0191 HTTP Error: 401".
