Upgrade NW6 to OES

I believe you cannot upgrade direct from NW6 to OES and the upgrade path
from NW6 to OES is NW6 to NW65 to OES but if OES is also NW65SP?? which
version of
NW65 should I upgrade to from NW6 before I go to OES

    When you say OES, do you mean OES/Linux or OES/NetWare? If it is
    OES/NetWare, then you should be aware that OES/NetWare is just the latest
    NetWare 6.5, and you can do a normal in place upgrade using for example
    the NW65SP6 overlay CDs.
    If however you are going to OES/Linux, an in place upgrade is never
    possible and you have to migrate to new hardware. In that case, you better
    ask in the novell.support.open-enterprise-server.migration forum.

    I am referring to OES/Netware. Is OES/Netware and NW6.5 the same thing ?.
    If it is, to which version of NW6.5 shoud I migrate my NW6 servers to and
    is
    in in-place upgrade possible.
