If you are using the standard upgrade channel you will get an update for eclipse to version 4.23-150200.3.9.1 from version 4.18-150200-3.6.4 .
ThIs update leads to an empty webpage for iManager and you will see the following errors in your novell-tomcat logs:
SEVERE [ajp-nio-127.0.0.1-9009-exec-4] org.apache.catalina.core.ApplicationDispatcher.invoke Servlet.service() for servlet [jsp] threw exception
java.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError: JVMCFRE199E bad major version 55.0 of class=org/eclipse/jdt/internal/compiler/env/INameEnvironment, the maximum supported major version is 52.0; offset=6
at java.lang.ClassLoader.defineClassImpl(Native Method)
Going back to version 4.18-150200-3.6.4 lets iManager work again, but I don't know, if that breaks anything else.
I just opened a SR for this issue and will see what happens.
