The latest DNSDSHCP console has a "DNIPResources_de.properties" file, which is encoded in UTF-8 but the character display of the console is set to 1252 Windows (ANSI Latin 1).
So all special characters are not displayed correctly. The other two "* _de.properties" files have the German special characters escaped, so that they are displayed correctly.
As a workaround I changed the encoding of the file to Windows 1252, which remediated the problem for the moment.
Otherwise the console seems to work, but I have not tested the things, which were broken before.
