Recover deleted files in Oes 11 NSS

What options do you have to recover accidentally deleted files in Oes 11 NSS? Salvage did not work. With google you can find many different tools, e.g. Stellar Phoenix Novell Data Recovery (NSS), but does anybody have any real experience on how to do that or what are best available tools? NSS disk is ok and there's nothing broken there, just accidental delete without backup.

  • If you salvage does not work, you probably did not set the volume to
salvage in the properties of the NSS volume and/or set
    ImmediatePurgeOfDeletedFiles.

Additionally it could also be the low salvage watermark was passed (which with the default pool settings means there is less than 10% free space in the NSS pool). Deleted files will then get auto-purged.
