NCS: Integrate the CIFS-Context configuration in the resource.

Status : Waiting for Votes

The context configuration is stored in a file on the server node and hence doesn't move with the resource. It's not limited to CIFS contexts but also to other CIFS and OES services configuration. We probably need a relook at all OES services configuration in cluster.

When configuring CIFS at an POOL Cluster-Resouce. you has to configure two information. 1st: the name of the share; 2nd: ghe CIFS-Context

The share is configured at the virtual NCP-Server who has the Pool.

But the contexts are stored at the cluster nodes, not at the resource. This is confusing and leads to support. Maybe MF can do an more comfortabe  configuration.
