Run Setup, Configure settings and trees to monitor.
  1. Removed need for client 32 or eDirectory connection.
  2. Removed tree scan on the add tree option.
  3. Added more logging in the log file.
  4. repaired a bug where changing some settings needed to stop and start program to take affect.
