This gadget will let you modify who is subscribed to a NIMS list. There are three different configuration settings for the gadget:

1. open - this means that anybody who is granted rights to this gadget will be able to modify any list members.
2. restricted - this means that anybody who is granted rights to this gadget will be able to modify the members of any lists that have a) no moderators, or b) the authenticated user is a moderator of the list.
3. private - this options only let's a person modify list membership if they are one of the moderators of the list.

If you use moderated lists, then this gadget may not work for you (yet). Also, any modifications made to the lists will result in an email being sent to the user effected, as well as optionally an email being sent to a pre-determined mailbox (for tracking purposes).
