Open Enterprise Server 2018SP2 (OES2018SP2)
Open Enterprise Server 2018SP3 (OES2018SP3)

Situation
OES server unable to register and get updates. 
Error: None of the installed products can be registered ant Novell Registration Server

Cause
The file /etc/suseRegister.conf had the URL field pointing to a suse registration server instead of:
https://secure-www.novell.com/center/regsvc/
