Hi,

We recently migrated our Retain 4.01 Retain to new hardware and upgraded to Retain 4.9.0.1 and reindexed everything.

I now do a search for the email that was archived before the upgrade, the email is found and I can open and view the email and attachments and all is good.  I now select the email in Retain and forward to my GroupWise mailbox. In GW the attachment icon is displayed as an blank "page" but  GW can open and display the mail and the attachment. When I save the attachment to my Desktop the icon is still the empty "page" but the contents cannot be displayed. If I change the attachment file extension to .pdf/.docx/.xlsx/.jpg the system complains that it cannot read the file even if I associate the file to the application. As a side note the attachment file name length is truncated at 30 characters.

Any help will be appreciated.
