Rollback of 1+ million rows

I have relatively big system with 2 000 users , 10 TB archive. After update to 4.9.2 ( from 4.9.1 ) system isn´t stable as it was and we got situation, that archive times was 10 time longer and some jobs stalled. Aborting job did nothing , killing job on Worker did nothing too, stopping Retain server a MariaDB server created rollback operation for several hours. Currently there is rollback of 1,3 millions rows.

I´m  curious what is cause of so many rows in rollback.

I think you should open a case.

I updated several environments to 4.9.2.0 and see some "new added" errors (jsp errors, get folder list errors and much more). So far I did not get a solution.

There was another error when users tried to login and failed. In this case I received a Authentication.class file which I had to replace.

Looks like problem is bound to mailbox deletion. Customer found, that it happens every time, when the deletion of some account has problem to finish. Case opened, but support is in holiday mode. Anyone is successful with mailbox deletions ? Multiple accounts at once etc. ?
