RETAIN 4.9.2 search screen shows nothing no matter the word I use

I am using RETAIN on SUSE sles:15:sp2 with Postgres.

In the beggining everything was fine, but I got a login authentication problem and support team solved it (I know how to fix that now, ask me if you have the same problem).

Now after fixing it, I cannot do any serch on SEARCH main screen, no matter word that I type in the search box window, it gives me the same message:

No items found. Consider rechecking your query and date filters.

What is wird is that I can see users messages on the BROWSE TAB. Selecting any user I can see his messages, why not on the SEARCH screen?

    I suggest to open a case again. Similar to your login authentication problem (replacing a file) - maybe you have to replace another file or library. Unfortunately I see that we will get new updates for this product but sometimes old problems pop up again ...
