Does the Retain 4.9.2 server need an ldap client or server setup on it for the Exchange module impersonalization user to use when testing the ldap connection from the admin console?  I keep getting user not found or invalid password. The user password is correct. 

I gave our Exchange Admin the Archiving PDF and had him look at section 2 arching Exchange and office 365.  After that an the ldap look up for the impersonalization user worked on a test several hours later. In this section there is a lot off information that the Exchange Admin needs to read as well as scripts to run.  So for me this was the fix that was out of my hands. I hope this helps someone else that runs into this problem.
