Retain upgrade. No index found in...

I'm upgrading from 4.7.0.1 to 4.9.2

When I run the upgrade I immediately get the error.

FATAL: No Index found in: /var/opt/beginfinite/retain/index/solrhome

I know where the index is as it was previously moved to an different location.

But I don't see any options during the installation to point to the new location.

How do I get pass this error?
