Logging in to Retain as Admin only shows the license status page

For some reason now when I login to Retain as admin it only shows the licensing page not the left side navigation with all the options. Retain is up and running (actively running a job at the moment).  no idea what happened and how to get it back. I need to go in and configure user accounts for access from Groupwise.  How do I get all the options back?
