What if customer stop paying maintenance

I need to be sure, that if customer stop paying maintenance he is NOT able to archive, but is able to login to archive and browse archived messages.

And it comes additionally to my mind, there is also Retain Publisher , it can be used without license too ?

David - check out this tid - https://portal.microfocus.com/s/article/KM000009717?language=en_US. It talks about what happens to the system then the retain licenses expire. This would be the same once they stop paying for maintenance. They would be able to use the system for the length of their licenses but would then go into this state. - Pam

ah, good to know. In most cases server license expires 2033
