Migrating to another Database platform

Hi All, with Microsoft going to the moon with onprem SQL server pricing in an attempt to get customers to move to SQL instances on Azure, I have a customer with has floated if there is any way too easily move from SQL to Postgres? I opened a case a few months back with support, but they didn't provide an answer. Currently have Retain latest 4.x running against SQL server 2014, but the ne Retain 2023 needs SQL 2019+, and licensing on prem is crazy $$ hence the interest in moving to Postgres... If it's too hard they would reluctantly run a 2nd instance of MS SQL on their current SQL server.
