I just installed retain 4.9 to my MS 2019 server with a postgres10 database inside the same server with MSExchange 2016 and AD in a different sever respectively.

installation and configuration went smoothly. But when I try to archive emails it shows the error "Could not autodiscover endpoint" with a quick google search I have found the TID: 7023251 which was a DNS problem but using cmd nslookup I could see the retain server as well as the exchange server. They are all using the same DNS which is the IP address of the AD and they are within the same network (192.168.10.xx )

On the AD side the DNS dispalys the correct hostname and IP of the retain server and MSExchange server.

I could recieve notification emails from the retain server when the configuration sent some test mails when connecting to the MSExchange.

with all that when I try to run a job the error occurs.

I am testing this first on our test server.
