Struggling with a search

I'm trying to search for emails about a person so firstname surname.

But i'm trying to exclude that persons email address completely from the search so nothing sent to them, nothing cc'd to them, and nothing they sent themselves.

Anyone got any idea as when i put their name in the subject field it just brings back every email that includes them in the send / received.
