Grant Audit Rights To Selected Mailboxes Rather Than ALL Mailboxes

Request to be able to grant audit mailbox permission to a user to be able to audit SELECTED mailboxes. Right now the only option is to allow a user to audit ALL mailboxes. Note that we must maintain a separation between some of our user mailboxes (like Public Defender and State Attorney), so granting the ability to one of those users to audit means they can access/audit ALL mailboxes.
