Knowledge Document: Error - Invalid Credentials when attempting to log into Retain

Environment

Retain 4.x
GroupWise 18.x

Situation

Several GroupWise users are unable to log into Retain.  They receive an "Invalid Credentials" error.  The same users are able to log into GroupWise using the same credentials. 

Cause

The root cause is unknown.

Resolution

The GroupWise administrator reset the affected GroupWise user's passwords.  After resetting the passwords, the issue was resolved.
