Existing Users Unmanaged

NSM 5.0.0.0
OES2015
eDir 8.8 SP8

All user home drives were pre-existing before the NSM install.
The Home Drive policy triggers on a users Group Membership.
Creation of a new user has a successful creation of the users Home Drive.
Moving an existing user, moves the user Home Drive.
Deletion of a User object handles the user Home Drive correctly.

However after a GSR collection, the Anomoly Report shows all User Objects,
Home Folder and path as being not managed. Seems that we are missing
something here or we do not have a complete understanding of the product.

Any help out there please?

    Joe,

We'd need more information to help you troubleshoot this. Could you
please send an email to storagemanager@novell.com describing this
problem, along with a copy of a Runtime Config report and a screenshot
of the results you're getting? Thanks.
