Storage Manger 4 AD

I am using Storage Manger 4.1 for Active Directory. I want to Vault Home Directories but not use account deletion as the trigger. In my University it is common for people to maintain Accounts but no longer be using there Home Directory. Is there anyway to trigger a Vault action other than account deletion.

    Steven,

Vault operations are only triggered on managed object deletes. However,
it may be possible to mimic what you're after by creating a group for
users you want to 'remove' storage from (e.g. "Disabled Users") and
associate that group with a new home folder policy which restricts their
rights to the home folder and which has grooming operations scheduled
    for those folders.

    Instead of using delete event
