GSR Processing in NSM 4.0 for eDir slow

New user to NSM following thru the manuals as well as the team's presentation notes from Brainshare.

Started the GSM process, taking forever, it is inspecting 27000 objects, after 12 hrs , is only on object #500, anyway to speed up this process, have already maxed the threads at 50, won't allow it go any higher, engine is a 4 core/8GB ram vm box running OES 11SP2 fully patched with the current version of the engine.
