NSM 4.0 for AD I can't connect!

Hello,

I just installed NSM 4.0 for AD on a brand new test server Windows
2012R2. The Engine, Event and Agent servers are all on the W2012R2.
I also installed 1 SQL Express DB on the same W2012R2. (I took sql as
recommended in documentation.)
All seems OK.
I installed NSMAdmin on W2012R2.

I can't connect ! I used different users (all member of the nsmadmins
group). I always have the message : Unable to service the request at
this time.

What can I do now? Thank's in advance for the help.

    Catherine,

    Have you run through the Database and Engine configuration wizards in
    the NSM Engine Configuration Utility?

    Yes I had run the Database and Engine configuration wizards and I just
    rerun it, but no change, I can't connect.

    Catherine,

    Could you send a copy of your Engine log to storagemanager@novell.com?
    We may need you to open a SR, but the Engine log might give us a clue
    for a quick fix before that point. Thanks.

    Its working now!
    I did not need to open a SR.
    I uninstalled everything except the database. I made a deep cleaning on
    the disc of the server then I reinstalled everything.
    Now its OK!
    Previously, I had begun the installation with version 3.111. It is when
    I needed the license which I saw that there was a new version 4.0. I had
    uninstalled the 3.111, but some old files were to remain.
