License issue, no clue what to do as I'm told to pay support

We've got a bunch of licenses for SM5 for both eDir and AD.

For the latest addition however, the generated license doesn't work. The AD domain name is carmelad.nl
Doesn't matter if we try to generate an eval license or use our real code. The generated license is seen as invalid.

And now the big tamale: We are told by our reseller that we need to pay for a support call. What?

Is there anyone here that can assist me? Without having to go through support? It seems to me as if this is a bug...

    Just to check - are you trying to use a Storage Manager 5.x license? Our
    understanding is that the 5.x licenses were moved to a different section
    of the customer portal ('Entitlements') and are not in the same place as
    the 4.x licenses. Using the wrong version's license would result in an
    "invalid license" error.
