What are the permissions required for the service account for CM and the SQL permissions?

    Would recommend the following:
    1. The account which runs Workgroup service must be a member of the local administrators group and should also
have the Log on as a Service policy assigned.

    2. SysAdmin role in SQL

    3. The user account that is used as the identity for the AppPool Accounts requires full access rights to the associated Websites workpath folders, for example, C:\HPE Content Manager\ServiceAPIWorkpath; C:\HPE Content Manager\WebClientWorkpath, etc. Insufficient permissions to this folder results in an Access Violation error when trying to upload an electronic document to HPE Content Manager.

    4. Access to read/write to the Document Store path and also for any shared folder CM uses - granted to both service accounts running WGS and App Pool
