System should export data, Super copy and upload records in background, and there shouldn’t be interruption in main display

Why?
we use to extract a bulk reports and document uploads most of time, the current system progress this on the same window and making to wait until it complete. This is more time consuming process which doesn’t allow user to do any other work with the tool. Since most will prefer multitasking at the same time and the tool is not that flexible enough.
