User marked in CC should get notified about the assigned task(Query on Metadata) by Admins, send periodic notification until the task is completed and approved by Admin

Capability to apply CC and send notification on User actions items

Why ?

We are using action triggers to users to complete any incomlete actions . The current functionality used for triggering any action emails cannot be tracked from the assignee or admin perspective and it is captured only in the event file. We would need this CC option to track the emails that are sent to users (Required for internal Audits as per the porcess)

We have this requirement also.

Certainly you can achieve a level of success with saved searches but in many cases the admins change and they want to make use a shared mailbox for the notifications so they can manage them accordingly.
