Content Manager (CM) Connector version 12.6, 12.7, 12.8, 12.9 missing document record updates including add/updated/deleted when doing the subsequent incremental crawls after the full crawl.
Content Manager IDOL connector - version 12.6, 12.7, 12.8, 12.9
Content Manager Version 9.4.x and 10.x.x
Due to timezone differences between the CM connector and CM Workgroup Server (WGS), the connector could miss getting documents that were either updated or added after the original full crawl. This could ultimately lead to a mismatch or difference in document counts on the CM and IDOL side.
There is also a special circumstance where specific CM record types such as 'RRD' or in particular 'Audit Log' would fail to get picked up by the connector due to transaction processing delays on the CM side. The actual metadata for these records would be created by CM on request from the connector and would have an associated last modified time (sysLastUpdated); however the actual electronic record associated with the record would get attached to the record much later on. It should be noted that sysLastUpdated only references changes to the metadata and not when a file has been attached. So the problem here is that the last modified time (sysLastUpdated) associated with the record would remain the same. This meant by the time the electronic file is actually attached to the record, the connector would have passed this time and thus miss getting these records
