Original Question: Support Portal notifications now active by Neil Summers

Hi all,

As you may be aware, product subscriptions and notifications from the new Support Portal have not been active since go-live. This feature has now been enabled. Customers can now get daily notification emails about new patches, security vulnerability alerts, forum discussions, and other information.

Note: Notifications about major product releases (as opposed to patches) are not yet available.

If you were previously subscribed and receiving notifications from the old "MySupport" portal, you'll need to re-subscribe to receive these in the new portal. E.g.:
