Content Manager fails to load due to an error "Could not find the Record with a unique row identifier of XXXXX. Possible causes are: no Record exists with the identifier supplied; The Record has recently been deleted; Access to the specific Record is restricted."

Environment

Content Manager 9.4
Content Manager 10
 

Situation

When user opens Outlook session, Content Manager addin attempts to load but fails due to error :

"Could not find the Record with a unique row identifier of XXXXX. Possible causes are: no Record exists with the identifier supplied; The Record has recently been deleted; Access to the specific Record is restricted."
 

Cause

The user who attempted to start up Outlook session doesn't have access to one of the container record that is associated to one of the Check In Style that user has created.
