Trilead VM Explorer Recovered VM shows no operating system

I have my VMs set to perform full backups on Sundays and incremental backups every evening using the Trilead VM Explorer.

I selected one of the incremental backups to recover, however once I recover it and start up the VM I get the following issue (see screenshot).

Am I doing something wrong?
