Open in vSphere client but it's greyed out

Hi, recently we have made updates to the latest version of VME.
This update has completely eliminated the latest version of trilead that allowed us to manage the host by opening with right-in vSphere client.
With this version you can not do this.
Besides the option open host in vSphere client is disabled.
I ask you never how the option is disabled? How can I solve this problem which is of great use to me? Otherwise, I feel obliged to change software.
