Task finished with a warning that says that cannot remove old backups - VM Explorer

Hi,

We have the last version of VM Explorer (6.3.001.0), since several weeks we receive a warning with the weekly task about the deletion of old backups that says:

"The task has finished successfully, but: Problem deleting old backups: Problem deleting some files, check log file."

Each weekend I need to remove it manually, but before that, it worked right without problems.

Can you help me with that?

PD: we have another task in other server that points to the same Vcenter and it has not problems.

Please open a support case, so that we can take look at the logs.

Since we have multiple reasons for this, we do not have a unified solution.

Please open a support case, so that we can analyze the logs.
