Detect errors with Endpoint Management

Hi,

how can we detect and automitcally create Tickets, if HPE Explorer was not able to make a backup?

We use the Endpoint Management from Autotask. We monitor the ESX host, and the backup machine, where HPE explorer runs. But we have not found a "trigger" to create a ticket. the only thing that works ist, sending e-mails. But then nobody looks in the account.
