Connection Establishment Error

Hi,
 
I installed a server that is backed up via VM explorer and I receive error reports with this message :
 
Failed: Direction Connection Establishment Error: Cannot connect to the server (E timeout during connect())
 
Folder are created on the NAS (where VM is backuped) but no VM file.
 
I have never met this case before, do you have any investigative leads to propose to me ?
