Decrypt backup with pass but without VM Explorer

Hello, I want to know if exists any specific way to decrypt a backup encrypted with VM Explorer without using VM Explorer to do it. (With the password, of course). Some tool from Microfocus or third partie.

For example, in the case that the server that runs VM Explorer fails and I need to recover from the backup an important document immediately.
