DIFFERENTS ERRORS WITH VMEXPLORER

Good Morning ,

For weeks ago , I have some problemes with VM Explorer and one warning

Errors: 

For example:

Another task is already progress: I look in datastore backup that copy is complete , I don't understand because running some times.

Message of the warning:

The task has finished successfully, but: a previous orphaned backup snapshot has been detected. Please check with "Snapshot Manager" and delete it manually if needed. 

Always I must delete folders mannually is a repetitive task. 

Can you help me please? Do you have any idea of what is happening?
