VME 7.1.1.x Trial Install Failure

"Micro Focus VM Explorer has stopped working". MS detail files attached. Any ideas, anyone?

The following operating systems are supported:
Windows Server 2016
Windows Server 2012 R2
Windows Server 2012
Windows Server 2008 R2
In addition, .NET Framework 4.6.2 or later is required.

Got it. In other words, I got lucky with Win7 on my other four trials...
