Reporting API Invalid

Hi All,

I'm trying to access the Reporting API url as we have the enterprise license. The service appears to be running ok but when I try to hit it I receive a "Request Error" on the browser and in the logs on the server I receieve the following;

"Web Api request: Invalid API URL requested"

I am just trying to hit the servername/ReportingAPI address (which is the default address given in the console).

I'm unable to find any documentation anywhere about this reporting API.

I'm looking to interrogate the API so I can add it to our reporting Wallboard.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Michael,
Would love to if I could. Out of the 8 portals on offer, the 2 I have logins for don't give me the ability to log a support request against the VM Explorer software (purchased recently)

https://home.software.microfocus.com - Unable to sumit a ticket against the VM Explorer software - Shows as an option but nothing exists within it so can't go anywhere.
https://softwaresupport.softwaregrp.com/ - Can only choose "Investigate Contract", "Sales" and "Website Functionality".

The Micro Focus website(s) really is a dog's breakfast, at one stage I was redirected back to a Novell URL! Now I would submit a complaint via the website functionality support ticket but there isn't enough hours in the day to do that.
If you have access to said PDF, if you could post it here that would be great. I can't see why it wouldn't be available via usual document repositories...?

A case can be logged via three different ways, you should have gotten info how to do this with your support contract.

Thanks Michael.
We purchased the software online via Micro Focus so we didn't get much except for an invoice. I had to log a ticket to get the SAID so I could then log a ticket for support.
